CXG appreciate that letting agents need to take care of issues as they arise. They deal properly with maintenance issues, so the tenant gets what they need, and they deal effectively with rent collection and payment so the landlord gets what they need too. Ending up with a fair deal all round. These might not seem like complicated ideas, but there are many agents across the uk, perhaps the majority, who just haven’t got it.
